Our clients, defined pursuant to Legislative Decree n. 185/99 also “consumers”, have the right to cancel their order although no later than 10 working days after the day they received the products.

Cancellation of any product must be communicated by parcel with advice of delivery and quote of order reference number. It is possible to anticipate the cancellation of the contract by e-mail, but within 1 day we need to receive a parcel with advice of delivery.
The product must be sent back within 10 days from its delivery; it has to be in its original wrapping and must not be damaged in any way. Shipping charges are at client’s expense.
The customer who wishes to claim its right to retraction will have to send an e-mail before the end of the 10 days time limit to the following e-mail address: email@example.com
No justification is needed to claim ones right to withdrawal rights. The customer will just have to inform www.franks-jewels.com of its intention to return the product and specify the number of the order along with the references of the product.
www.franks-jewels.com draws your attention to the fact that the costs for delivery is to be charged to the customer.
www.franks-jewels.com declines any responsibility in case of loss of the parcel.
The customer will have to take the necessary measures to assure safe delivery.
Upon receipt of the product, www.franks-jewels.com will reimburse the entire amount wired by the customer for the purchase.
The guaranty «satisfied or reimbursed» is only valid under the following conditions:
- The product must not present any scratches, bumps or traces of use.
- The product must be sent back in its original package.
- The jewel must not be engraved or personalized in any way.
